The ProBiotic LIVE line is made from the highest quality muscle meat , slowly dried (dehydrated). The meat used in the production process comes exclusively from certified suppliers in the European Union. ProBiotic LIVE contains protein that, thanks to hydrolysis (the process of breaking down into smaller molecules), is more easily digestible and less allergenic for cats.
The food is enriched with substances that support the intestinal microbiota and contains a minimum of 1,000,000,000 live Enterococcus faecium probiotic bacteria per kilogram of food. The probiotic bacteria come from NCIMB (National Collection of Industrial, Food & Marine Bacteria), a recognized and trusted microbiological culture facility in the UK. The highest quality probiotics are added to the food using a patented microencapsulation process (Patent No. EP2124607B1), which guarantees the viability of the probiotics when the food is served. Laboratory tests (list available on the Bacterfeld GmbH website) confirm that the probiotics contained in ProBiotic LIVE food remain alive and active throughout the digestive process.
ProBiotic LIVE food contains no meat meal , GMOs, antibiotics, preservatives, dyes, or hormones. The production process is constantly monitored and supervised, guaranteeing the highest quality and safety of the product.
